Published to Geoff's Rail Diaries - "Tame and Thame" 17 October 1987, an account of a railtour which turned out, in more ways than one, to be a branch line outing (the clue is in the date - the day after the infamous hurricane...)
The tour visited the Long Marston MOD depot - so, as a bonus, there are a few photos from a trip to see their steam in action, back in 1972...
